(?) will win superbowl 43

i think tht the chicago bears will win the superbowl after aquiring d.mcnabb and trade up to get the best receiver in the draft and in the second round take a steal at running back to be the speed guy.

not going to happen...

I think the Patriots. they are coming back from a disappointing season ending like last year. I have faith in the Patriots. As long as Moss stays the Pats should be contenders.

Other teams: Colts are good, but Manning has his off days and they seem to have trouble when it comes to the BOlts. Chargers are owned by the Patriots. Jags have been a suprise but the team is unexperienced. the Steelers tend to be iffy. Bills could make it to the playoffs, but the BIlls are doomed for failure.

In the NFC I'm not sure hwo will come out. I don't see the GIants having another fairy tale ending. Cowboys can't win a playoff game. Packers are okay, but you have to wonder how long Farve will last. Bears are... sketchy. Saints had a supring awful season. Seahawks are iffy, but could do it. Redskins may be a suprise. They turned it on towards the end of the year and anything is possible with those guys. NFC is okay.

the patriots are done their letting go donte stallworth and theres a chance tht they could let go moss. they can run,...only when they can pass very good and if they loose moss and stallworth they sure cant run.then theyd have to rely on defense and everyone is like 30 or older on their defense....patriots-BUST

It's not 100% that they are letting go of Stallworth, first off, and secondly I doubt they will let Moss get away. EVEN if they do, they made it to the AFC Championship game with Caldwell and Gaffney/Brown as the receivers before, so to say they can't make it because of a weak WR corps is just plain stupid. The defense is a bit older, but free agency can fix that along with the draft, i'm not very concerned with that. Same goes for the WR position, there are receivers like Muhammad and Berrian who could fill the role of Stallworth, so even if they lose some WR's they can sign more to fill in those spots.

I agree with carried224, the Patriots have the best chance to go back and win the Super Bowl, anytime you have Brady and Bellichick you are alright. Plus Ty Law could be returning, and if they draft a good young CB and LB they should be fine, as for the NFC I actually think that the Eagles will make it barring McNabb getting injured. So look for a rematch, Patriots VS Eagles.

Randy Moss and the Patriots are thought to be very close to agreeing on a contract extension, if they haven't already. Every major newspaper in Boston printed the same sentiment this morning. Moss and the Patriots have made their desire to sign a long-term deal very clear, leading to speculation the two sides have a verbal agreement in place.

Pats aren't going to exercise the option for Stallworth and by Monday he will be a UFA, Ty Law is 33 and is due a base salary of 6.5 million which the Chiefs aren't going to pay and I can't see the Pats paying it either to be honest.

Lifes a bitch, dont vote for one!!!

I am and was saddened when the Patriots lost. They were simply not on their game like they usually are and it showed, it showed badly. I would have actually seen any other team in the league win besides the Giants.

Although picking the Jets is a reach but i can say the should be a contender with the signing of Alan Faneca and Chatam from the dolphins to give even more depth at Rb, Woody can solidify a growing line with young stars Mangold and D'Brick, The only spots i think we could use is a tall +fast third WR and hopefull Kelen Clemens can step up
On Defense: Calvin Pace is an upgrade at OLB, If Jenkins can stay healthy and at a decent weight he can become a solid NT, David Harris proved he can be a major player last year and hoping we can get Long in the draft our defesne should be fine with Derelle Revis, Kerry Rhodes playing Db. Basically our season is riding on Kelens shoulders

The Browns also have a good chance by retaining Anderson and Jlewis and by gaining Shaun Rogers and Corey Willaims at DT, Stallworth at WR

I don't think the Jets and the Browns will win it. the Jets are in the same division as the Patriots and the Patriots are the best team the league has seen in a long time. Yes both teams made improvements, but they can't compete against the Pats and COlts two teams that have proven to be champions.

Pennington is not a guy I would trust. Sure you don't need a good qb to win a lot of games look at the Bears and Grossman, but if you want to be a complete team you need a leader. Browns and Jets are too young to win it all.

RE: (?) will win superbowl 43

The real question is, Can the Pats win without cheating?

RE: (?) will win superbowl 43

hmmm... lets see they won what 17 games without cheating last season... I think they can and please don't go into the whole spygate thing I mean seriously I am suprised no one has said anything about putting an asterick next to the 49ers Super Bowl wins because they tampered and loss a draft pick. Come on... th ePats are amazing admit it. Look at what they did last year even though they loss the Super OBwl they still accomplished a lot.
