Isn't it time for the Bears to trade Grossman?
I have already started to imagine Grossman going to the Cardinals, the Broncos, or to the Raiders.
Rex has some major issues,he gets discouraged too rapidly and he is unable to step it up when the team needs a leader.

Yesterday the Bears replaced Grossman ,I guess he is too rusty to play.

The thing is, at this point, how much trade value does grossman even have? personally i think its time to start thinking about taking a qb in the next draft and maybe handing the team over to griese for the next year or so while the pick develops.

Grossman cant really get traded, no one would want him, he could get traded, maybe, for a like 3rd string qb. or a team that is in desperate need of a quarterback

Don't be too quick to judge Rex. Did you see Sunday's game? He got a second chance and came through when the team needed him.
