Lions CB Stanley Wilson out for season
Detroit Lions cornerback Stanley Wilson will miss the rest of the season with a torn Achilles' tendon. The four-year veteran was injured in Thursday night's preseason opener against the New York Giants, a 13-10 Detroit victory. A torn Achilles' tendon typically requires up to a year of rehabilitation after surgery.
