Sentencing for Vick is around the corner. How do you see it playing out?

I think that he might actually end up serving some time but I would think it would be a very short sentence. What do you think?

I am surprised at how strict the court has been on him. As a vegan, I think it's hypocritical that the law would be so against dog fighting but doesn't take a problem with people hurting and killing animals to eat them and make clothes. Factory farmed livestock probably suffer more than fighting dogs.
