The most memorable fan moment in MNF history comes on Sept. 11, 1995 in Chicago. After a made extra point by Bears’ kicker Kevin Butler clears the net behind the goalpost, Bears fan Mike Pantazis jumps out of his seat, 20 feet in the air and catches the ball before plummeting into the tunnel. Unhurt and undaunted, an obviously ecstatic Pantazis gets to keep the ball and is interviewed by Lynn Swann on national television.

I've scoured youtube, google and yahoo searches and can't find a video.

Can anybody help me out?
