The Cards snagged TE Ben Patrick out of Delaware in the 7th round. He was a good player in the ACC at Duke, then an All-American with the Blue Hens. Huge pickup here.

i agree with that pick. from what i heard that TE is suppose to be the 2nd best TE in the draft. I believe the the Cardinals have L Pope also.

Every year, it seems, we are all talking about how the Cardinals are going to be better! When is that actually going to happen? I'll believe it when I see it. The organization has an addiction to losing. I'm not sure they would know how to handle winning ballgames. They might implode!

yeah, but . . . . Losing is an infectious disease, and it seems like the entire organization has it. I wonder if the only answer here is to sell the team and have the new owner intall 100% new office and coaching staff. Cut all of the cancer out. Then, start trading players for draft picks - sort of a radiation treatment - and hope tha cancer of losing never returns.

I believe they have some really talented players on that team. fitz, bolden, EJ, and Lienhart should make them a playoff team, but they don't seem to put it together.

Maybe with some new management they could manage to do something with themselves.

They have cleaned house so many times. they need to make a big offer on a big time coach and staff.
