Torrie Cox of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was suspended by the NFL on Tuesday for the first four games of the regular season for violating the league's substance-abuse policy. What is the league's substance abuse policy?

Cox has filed a lawsuit against the NFL.
I hope his suspension is overturned.
