Who's the biggest QB failure?

Who do you think ended his career as a bigger failure - Dan Marino or Jim Kelly?
Dan Marino is always on the "greatest quarterback" lists but he never won a SuperBowl. In fact, he only carried his team to the big game once and he LOST! What did he retire with? A bunch of records that are being broken one after the other now. What is he going to have in ten years? Nothing, that's what. All of his records will have been broken and he will never have won anything. One word comes to mind - FAILURE.
The other QB is just as much a failure if not more. Jim Kelly. The guy was surrounded by talent for much of his career, and when I say talent I mean talent! Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, James Loften, Bruce Smith, Cornelius Bennet, Steve Tasker, etc. How do you NOT win a SuperBowl with those players on the field with you? I tell you how - by having a failure at QB. Is Jim Kelly the ultimate failure? Maybe.

Yeah Rex just blows. I haven't been around long enough to know the biggest failure but Rex is among the ones I know. Their have been some high drafted QB's in past years that haven't even gone on to play a career.

I think the fact that you would mention either one of their names here is outrageous. To me a failure is a loser. And there is nothing about either one of those guys i would associate with losing, other than like most QB's today they haven't won a superbowl. In fact, those two would fight to their dying breath to win. Something that real failures like grossman cannot relate to.

As much as it sucks to not win it, the mere feat of reaching 3 straight superbowls is an accomplishment that FEW can or will ever achieve. I'm not ranking him one of the best, but Jim Kelly was damn good and he always conducted himself with class. Whether he was losing superbowls or losing his young son.

I'm not even going to touch the marino slander. All I can say is this...
If the patriots break the dolphins record by going 19-0, does that mean the 72 dolphins were failures? I think it will mean (like marino) that they were the best for a long time, and then someone came along that was just a tiny bit better.
